Overview

Location: Office-based, Audi Dublin Centre
Department: Customer Contact Centres
Hours: 40 hours per week on a rota basis covering Monday-Friday. (Shift Patterns include Mon - Fri 8am -5pm and Mon - Friday 9am -6pm)

Salary: €30,000 per annum + bonus!

About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Advisor, where you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience for Lookers. Working closely with our dealership sales and aftersales teams, you’ll drive bookings and appointments while upholding the brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book service, MOT, and maintenance appointments, with a focus on customer retention and upsell opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all customer sales enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Meet and exceed customer service expectations by maintaining strong relationships with customers and adhering to all brand and manufacturer standards.
  • Utilise Lookers’ technologies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
